First Saturday, July 18
3:00 PM: Welcome and registration at the Coubertin Gymnasium
4:00 PM: Rooms available
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Introductory Kenjutsu class with Malcolm Tiki Shewan (open to all) Dinner: Seatings between 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM
Sunday, July 19 – Friday, July 24 (excluding Wednesday, July 22)
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Ken practice on the beach. Meet at 6:15 AM (open to all)
Breakfast: Seatings at 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM
9:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Aikido at the Coubertin Gymnasium (Aikido or Full Seminar packages) Lunch: Seatings at 12:30 PM and 12:45 PM
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Kenjutsu, FEI Kata, Green Zone (Iaido or Full Seminar packages)
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Kenjutsu with Malcolm Tiki Shewan, Green Zone (Iaido or Full Seminar packages)
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Muso Shinden Ryu Iaido with Malcolm Tiki Shewan and FEI instructors; Kenjutsu with Cedric Russo or Greg Habert (Iaido or Full Seminar packages)
Dinner: Seatings at 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM
Wednesday, July 22
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Ken practice on the beach. Meet at 6:15 AM (open to all)
Breakfast: Seatings at 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM
9:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Aikido at the Coubertin Gymnasium (open to all)
Lunch: Seatings at 12:30 PM and 12:45 PM
Afternoon off! Iaidokas are invited to participate in the morning Aikido class.

Saturday, July 25 (Final Day)
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Ken practice on the beach. Meet at 6:15 AM (open to all)

9:00 AM: Room check-out
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Aikido at the Coubertin Gymnasium (Aikido-only or Full Seminar packages)

Grading Exams
FEI and Aikikai Iai grading exams held during the seminar
- Aikikai grading: Wednesday, July 22 (afternoon)
- FEI grading: Friday, July 24 (afternoon)
Candidates must have attended the entire SHIZENGEIKO seminar and registered in advance.
